Problem

Why do I see "This program might not have installed correctly" after I close the Autorun screen for PAY@PC on the Windows Vista or Windows 7 operating system?

Solution

You may see this message when you close the PAY@PC Autorun screen that automatically appears when inserting the installation CD.
This only occurs and a Windows Vista or Windows 7 PC with user account control (UAC) enabled. It is a known bug and has been reported to Microsoft.

You can ignore this message and select This program installed correctly on the Program Compatibility Assistant.
