Situation:
When I start PAY@PC, I get the error message:

Could not load file or assembly 'System.EnterpriseServices, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. System could not find the file.


Reason:
If your computer was recently attacked by a virus, the System.EnterpriseServices.dll file may have been infected. When the computer is disinfected by a virus checker, the SystemEnterpiseServices file must be replaced or updated manually.


Solution:
1) Open up two File explorer windows
2) Locate "<windows_directory>\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0<your_subversion>\System.EnterpriseServices.dll"
3) Drag the file to the "<windows_directory>\assembly\" folder
4) Start PAY@PC
