On a new merchant, if a Debit Transaction gives the 'Missing MerchFlld Value' Error, it means that PIN Debit is not set up properly in Transaction Central.

Debit needs to be set up differently in Transaction Central. The TC Profile has to have the Merchant Agent Number set to 9999 in order for TC DEBIT to become active.
